Qimisola's Food Times


A normal weekend evening like such can be full of creativity. One of my favourite vegetable is the Jerusalem artichoke. Its crispy and fresh taste gets so much boosted in making this salad (materials used are pure improvisations from what we have in the refrigerator). And when it met the toasted Focaccia and homemade tomato soup and a glass of Qimisola Barbera.... Yammie!!!
