The Island of Dreams

End of last year, we received the copy of the Bistrôt magazine, where Qimisola also contributed through an interview.



Andrea Galli, my sommelier course classmate, brought Bistrôt alive by living up to its philosophy of sharing stories across the area of art, food, wine, and construction, all to tell that transformation starts small, starts local and starts within. The interview carried out in summer also brought us in connection with the core of the QIMISOLA story, the pursuit of a dream, the dedication for craftsmanship in winemaking, the passion for communicating through the wine the spirit of love, for nature, for life and for meaningful connections.
