As winter softly blankets the vineyards of Qimisola, a quiet magic fills the air. In Northern Italy’s Piemonte region, where our vineyards call home, the beloved tradition of Bagna Cauda takes center stage. This comforting dish—a warm, garlicky anchovy dip served with fresh vegetables—gathers friends and family around the table.
We had the pleasure of attending a delightful Bagna Cauda event, graciously hosted by our local friends Stefano Gozzelino and Sabrina Bologna. Held at the stunning old castle of Costigliole d'Asti, the evening brought together 80 guests for a delightful experience of exceptional food, warm company, and cherished moments.
